- Gardener included other special options (housekeeper, furnished etc)
- Landscaped usable yard (pool and spa are liabilities and don’t add to property as rental)
- Lots of parking and at least 2 car garage
- Designer paint colors
- Higher-end details such as carpet, paint, lighting, window treatments
- Pet friendly
- Slightly below market rent
- Owner realistic about renting it quickly and willing to price accordingly.
