Seasonal Tips

Owning rental property is a 12 month work in progress. There are always projects to do and some are seasonal musts. We are lucky in Santa Cruz County – we don’t have to worry about burst water pipes with snow living but that doesn’t mean we don’t have things to do seasonally such as cleaning gutters and checking sump pumps before the rains come. Change heater filters and check pilot lights before the first cold day comes, and don’t forget to bake some cookies to make sure the oven works before turkey day – thanksgiving. Check in here to find my seasonal advice for keeping your rental tuned up year round.
